Adult white belts would do well to have this instructional 10 outta 10
Great instructional for kids by Vagner Rocha. Very useful even for adults.
Great techniques for kids from beginner to intermediate
Great instructional. Picking one drill a week to have the kids practice. Definately seeing results in class. Will test them out in a tournament in November.
I really like the simplicity of this . Gives me inspiration to teach the kidsclass
"I purchased this instructional material to support my young son, who is an active competitor. While I found valuable information to guide his training, I missed a broader selection of techniques and practical drills that would truly help develop skills applicable in combat.
This is a great instructional, full of fantastic drills and techniques. Beware some of the techniques might not be legal as show depending where you live. Ex: head on the outside for takedowns, but will be legal elsewhere. I can’t wait to start applying some of these to my classes this week!
one of my favorite videos to teach my son
Nice training videos for kids. There are not allot videos for kids only and this one is good.
This is a great comprehensive Instructional that provides a framework for the development of the athlete in takedown, submissions, and guard passes. He details ways to drill various techniques that would be difficult to teach to a young inexperienced student. This video has helped my son to evolve tremendously andI have learned some things myself.
awesome techniques for kids
I bought this video, because it's from great athlete and coach of kids champions. He knows what he is teaching.
