  This was a short and concise course on defending leg locks. But don't let that fool you. It's a good instructional from someone that has elite level leg lock defense.

• Great Instructional for Overview of basics

  This instructional really helped me in the 50/50 position and ankle lock position. There are some positions I wish he covered or went into depth about or maybe follow ups but I definitely was able to hit his 50/50 defense in a comp. The concept of the "spring" helped me a lot as well.
