Excellent details on how to work against bigger players
Conceptual
This was a great conceptual training. It moves a little fast with many ideas and high-level techniques, so you may need to watch it several times if you are newer. Kristian has a very smart funnel system for bigger opponents. Even after the first section, I was applying these concepts with success against bigger opponents.
Bjj
Excellent concepts being a smaller person. The crucifix entry is super slick and something I have not seen before.
