• Perfect for us roosters

  There aren’t much rooster weight grapplers with instructionals so I had to pick this up. I wasn’t disappointed since Woodmanse is an amazing instructor and what he teaches is actually doable for me.

• Game changer

  Being smaller than most of the team at the gym, this instructional has helped massively to level the playing field. Great explanations, excellent range of techniques and importantly teaches the viewer to think beyond the submission for the Omoplata. Highly recommend.
