  Im a black belt and have been practicing Bjj since 2006 and have purchased and watched many inversion video and I can say that imho, this is the best one as it actually addresses the safe mechanics in doing it and getting better at it.   I've learned personally from Charles and I cannot recommend this instructional enough. Do you remember how much your game opened up when you learned leglocks? Inversions will do the same. It's not just another movement, it's an entirely new way of rolling. Every submission has a new entry when considered inverted, every position a new direction to go in. And there's no better teacher for this than Charles. Not only will he break down every aspect of this movement so that it's easy to understand but he'll also emphasizes what's necessary for you to do this motion safely. The man is a movement freak. He'll randomly do Capoeira backflips when you roll with him. Absolute madman and spectacular professor.

• You have to buy this if you struggle with inversions

  I told Charles at a bjj camp in Arizona there was no way I could invert because of my size ( I am an ultra heavyweight) he said give me 5 mins and I will have you doing full inversions. He was absolutely right so if you struggle or even just want to learn you need this video I promise you Charles will have you doing inversions in no time.
