  Professor Pete Letsos provided an well chosen follow up set of partner drills as well as techniques and flows. He explains his general idea of jiu jitsu in a self defense context too. This instructional is about fundamentals and upgrades of fundamentals. So it is for all levels! Thumbs up again!!

  I recommend this to all levels. Pete makes everything very simple for both beginners and vets. He get's straight to the point and doesn't waste time over explaining.
