Very useful routines, that aren't too long or too short. Perfect to perform to whilst watching. As usual with bjj fanatics excellent techniques by excellent coaches.

When you are on quarantine for the Chinese virus. It is nice to be able to drill some at home. The price was free also. So big thank you Travis for doing this.
