Great warm up ideas
I enjoyed this free video (Thanks Travis!), I got some new ideas for warm up and it was great to see some of the foundational movements.
Nice
The techniques in this instructional are quite useful as a solo warm-up, helping to prepare the body and reinforce judo patterns.

Free
Got this program when it was free. Just some simple exercises you can do at home.
Nice simple exercises to do at home.
like
I got this at-home workout routine during the COVID-19 pandemic. I really like these at-home exercises.
Good introduction to and overview of common movements for grappling. Not a complete program in itself, in my view, but a useful addition to an established lifting program. Probably pairs well with some of the other instructionals on here, like Mike Israetel's (for more traditional lifting) or Phil Daru's (for a more grappling-focused, minimalist approach).
Nice content
Well rounded and good explained stuff. It doesn't makes you unbeatable but it makes it more difficult for your Trainingspartner
Great!

Old School Judo
The way you get good at judo is primarily by yourself. You can do so many things to get ready without a partner. The partner time is all about making the adjustments.

Great Home Work-out
Definitely helps to follow along with this video playing at home. It's hard to get motivated at home to work out. This helps and helps improve your judo and jiu-jitsu
