Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:One of my favorite courses
This is one of my favorite courses on BJJ fanatics. As I can't go to the gym every week, working out at home with exercises targeted for Judo/BJJ is great.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Still a favorite!
I though I reviewed this course already but maybe not. It's still a favourite :)
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Good workout
Decent workout. When in dire straights and away from the gym these are a good substitute.

Great
I was searching for content to improve my standup skills at home, great !
Very Useful
Great workout with almost no equipment
Short and to the point
The title says it all. If you're looking for at-home judo drills, this is an excellent resource. I particularly appreciated the stretching routine included at the start- I incorporate elements of it into my MMA warmups as well.
Great
Great introduction to judo moves for beginners like me. Very happy this video was free.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Good video
Good video has a lot of information of some movements that you can train to improve your grappling skills.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great Video
Great video to drill the fundamental movements of judo when you have no partners to train with. Just because the video is free does not mean it is not high quality. Impressive video by Travis Stephens

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Well Balanced Compilation For All Matters
Sensei Teavis Stevens developed a complete body weight based athletic program including specific stretching and mobility exercises as well as strength and cardio ecercises and footwork for footsweeps drills and combos and uchi komi for all main throwing directions. Compact and great whether for warming up, strengthening or injury prevention! Great gift for the grappling community
