They Say The Jab is the most important punch in boxing, setting things up, control, points exedra... here its a course on different tools and unique jabs that will help you to sharpen up your jab and make it way harder for your opponent to deal with you. if you only use one jab same power same speed, you can be timed and countered, if you mix up these different ways then it will help you so much more + help you to have better offense. you dont have to use all of the tolls here... just taking some of your favorites and watch how much you will improve at sparing.. highly recommended.
