really enjoyed the video
great content
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Really great stuff
I trained with Bendy once at 10th planet and I've been attacking with his kneebar setup ever since. I was stoked to see his instructional popup on my feed. The pacing on this instructional is really top notch and Katie does a phenomenal job at giving you the right information without fluff. My only regret is not grabbing this sooner.
Very Thorough
Great instruction on setting up and finishing kneebars.
Nice instrutional
Definitely a nice look at the knee bar and using it as a branch off the knee cut pass. I thought this course was very thorough and especially appreciated the emphasis not only on entering the various set ups but being able to move back a step or two in order to maintain control. I will definitely implement the Drysdale position and Vinny lock as positive checkpoints in the game as I hunt these knee bars. Very well done, y'all.

A complete system around the kneebar. Kept simple with multiple applications. Especially the drilling sections and the gripfighting is remarkable and lifted my game up!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Excellent dynamic drill based
Incredibly instructors and more importantly they offer specific constraint based drills to work on specific aspects of the knee bars and learning to land them against a fully resistant training partner safely. You legit can’t ask for more than that. I really hope these two make more videos because this is one of the best I’ve seen.

Very good instructional with some insightful details.
Excellent and easy to understand
Excellent and easy to understand instructional.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Knee Bars are back!!!
I have been training since 2006 Fromm to Jiujitsu. Kneebars have been always been a love in my game. But because of ****** rules especially in 2011 with IBJJF Kneebars slow became phased out of my game. Now as a coach myself I brought it upon myself to dive back into the Kneebar game. I train a lot of mma guys also so King Knee bar was a true eye opener for me and my students. Don’t waste your time on any other course this has what you want.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Gotta love a knee bar and whole system around hunting it
Really great instructional and a reasonably simple system around the knee bar which anyone should be able to implement into their game. I feel the knee bar has kind of fallen by the way side which is a shame because it's always been my favorite leg lock, so it's great to see Bendy and Katie showing a very effective system around hunting the knee bar. I hope they come out with a part two. Highly recommend this to everyone.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great
I 1st came across these 2 on my youtube feed and ever since I've been hooked on their videos. They take an interesting approach to the kneebar that I've never seen before and lets just say my opponents have never seen before either haha. Most of my subs come from using this method, definitely worth learning.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great instructional
I have been following these two for a while and was kicking myself that I just missed out on their intro price for monthly subscription as their content is so good, really happy with this purchase and it's already helping my leg game.
