• Such a great instructional!

  Ffion is such a great instructor. Super easy to follow along. I love that she boils things down enough so even as a white belt, I feel confident I can hit these moves during rolls. Can’t wait for the next one!

  Ffion has explained a lot of helpful techniques and concepts, and it was very easy to understand even as a white belt. I really like how she explains why you shouldn't be too scared of trying to stand when opening your opponents closed guard.

  A knee cut has become one of my favorite passes, however, I recently have become more comfortable pressure passing. Although my knee cut has been rusty this has helped shake that rust off with fundamentals of this pass as well as more advanced versions. I appreciate her teaching style and love how in depth she goes about every technique! Highly recommend, she's a great instructor, with much attention to detail!
