  This opened up a whole new way to look at the knee lever for me. I have only used it when getting smashed in half guard but this is more of using it as an offensive weapon. Mostly from knee shield/lazy butterfly.

• The quintessential John Wayne sweep instructional!

  Adam does a great job articulating the mechanics of hitting the John Wayne sweep and gets into different attack and sweep options when using the John Wayne sweep to off balance an opponent/training partner. I was able to go right into training and hit the sweep with a higher percentage and have been able to begin exploring other options using the sweep as an off balance. I couldn't recommend this instructional enough.

  Adam explores all the different possibilities from the John Wayne sweep. This instructional was paying dividends after my first viewing. Adam's preferred knee lever is slightly different from the ones from other instructionals and allows for more options to switch to other sweeps such as the butterfly / hook sweep. Great stuff.
