  I watched another instructional on this issue and I learned from it it was great. This has more avenues from knee lever to alternate guards, alternate sweeps, and submissions. Also it's more effective than the other knee lever instructional I watched, even though that one definitely also benefited me. His English is excellent. I was hesitant to listen to Wardzinski because he's skinny and I'm really big, but his stuff is working for me. Organized, good communication, clever techniques.
