• Classic training

  I for one love to listen to this over and over. Teddy Atlas goes into some of the coolest storys that really emphasize the lesson he is teaching. I find my self repeating the lessons verbally when Im confronting things now like about regret and making choices. Alot of it is really deep too and poetic so it's easy for me to just get lost in the content. Very valuable if you are dealing with confronting things in your life related to issues sparring or competing. And also it makes it so you can apply what happens in the ring to other areas. I get alot of miles out of these ideas.
