  There's no better mix of high level technique and straight to the point teaching than J. Rau. As someone who's been wanting to dive deeper into this position for NoGi I couldn't be happier to have found my new favorite instructional. it's not 8 hours of sitting through will this work moves. Jason lays down the foundation in the first chapter and then helps guide you through the beautiful world of nogi DLR.
