There are some good options. But its not the best conceptually
I'm a big fan of Jason Rau's instructional videos, I've found them to be consistently excellent. Jason's instructional videos are clear and concise. While he doesn't cover every option exhaustively, his systems are complete in the sense that everything you need is covered, and everything covered is needed. Just simple, robust systems based on the most effective movement patterns. This is an excellent series which has helped me to improve my passign from the split squat position. I would also recommend Jason's other passing series (half guard passing, outside passing and headquarters), which complement this release and help to give a more complete understanding of NoGi passing. I'm looking forward to studying his new series on combining inside and outside passing.
Great techniques, shown by one of my favorite instructors. If you want to improve your guard passing, this instructional is a must have.
I do like Jason’s instructionals. Very detailed, to the point and easy to understand. Really like the flow chart and visual notes.
Amazing techniques
Excellent details and concepts related to an important style of passing.
Very good, my go to passing now, Ive had great success with it
I picked this up on recommendation from searching reddit for no gi guard passing. This is a fairly simple system to comprehend and Jason is a great teacher. This system pairs well with Paul Schneider's tripod passing.
Great introduction to this style of passing. Would love to see a more in depth sequel.
