Really well explained and fantastic pacing.
One of the best tutorial that i’ve seen. Really loved the part about the mir lock.
Making my guard better!
You put a lot in this one
Great techniques, explained very well. Especially trustworthy since they obviously don't depend on size and strength.
Got that detail she picked up from doing omos on girls too
I have the right ideas thanks to ffion. Combined with the k guard. I will be a force(don t need star wars one)!
it was good
good instructional basics explained well nice complimentary techniques
good details and easy to implement
No Gi closed guard is a tough position for me so this instructional was a god send. High percentage attacks including some from the overhook position which is what often find myself in. Ffion Davies is probably the best female Jiu Jitsu grappler around so this is must buy.
This instructional is beneficial at every level, I think. It's a lot of key details that many of us may be missing. Easy positions to get to initially and key points that show how to finish and how to transition. She does such a great job of explaining why the concept works and how you can capitalize. One of my favorite instructionals and one of my favorite instructors. I really cannot wait until she puts out another one.
Ffion is the female GOAT. This is an excellent instructional for creating your closed guard game! Very suitable for both gi & nogi.
Excellent
Thanks for Effective and Efficient techniques
excellent explanations
It had a great mixture of traditional and more unorthodox moves together. Would recommend for sure
Closed guard
This has definitely helped my overhook game!
Ffion describes each technique and how it can be modified depending on the rolling situation (heavier or lighter, longer or shorter legs, if they post, roll through, etc.), which is really helpful. I think adding a concise summary that points out the most important elements of each technique (after the more descriptive presentation) would knock it out of the park. That way you'd have the best of both worlds. Great job Ffion!
Ffion is great. I will be going for those overlooks and underhooks a lot more in no gi.
Only watched the first 3 so far but already noticed a difference when rolling. One piece about different attacks from different sides rather than drilling the same attacks on both sides really resonated as well.
really great instructional on the No Gi Closed Guard by Ffion. Really enjoyed it and some great knowledge to start building a great closed guard game.
Ffion adds great detail to raise your closed guard game.
This is an excellent course. Great techniques, explained very clearly.
