Some good ideas techniques and theory and foot sweeps and how to implement!
Pick the most natural feeling moves for you, rinse, cycle and repeat!
Nothing revolutionary here. Any average high school wrestler who has done freestyle or Greco-Roman over the summer would have seen this content. Nothing to write home about I'm glad I got it on sale.
Supper solid helped me out.
great video very informative
Great explanations and building off of what you already know to incorporate judo into your moveset
Very insightful
After sitting on this instructional for a couple of months now I've been having a lot of success applying the foot sweeps in the gym. Shintaro does a great job of bringing judo techniques to no gi grappling, by showing various standing positions with multiple attack options. I also practice judo in the gi for about a year now but this has helped me elevate my judo in both sports. I would start with the foot sweeps and trips instructional then move on to the throws instructional. There are a lot of repetitive positions in both but the foot sweeps typically setup the bigger throws, so it makes sense.
Very Helpful
Easy to follow
Great techniques from the master

Excelente conteúdo sobre judo
it's not just foot sweeps and trips. he provides a no-gi judo position framework that's not dependent on shoot fighting, which is what I really wanted. It seems like if you get this course and his "Throws" course, you get a complete no gi judo system between the two of them (the position stuff in the throws course is more geared towards shooting and wrestling).
Shintaro is very knowledgeable, I’ve been watching his YouTube videos for years and that free content was so helpful I just knew the stuff behind the paywall would be worth it and was not disappointed!
excellent content, the sound production s*cks as always, bjj fanatics, maybe go to Shintaro for a private lesson on how to make videos, because he has no such problems on his YT channel.
I had a little judo background before coming to BJJ, but struggled to apply it in a no-gi setting. This instructional does a great job breaking down entries and grips for no gi, and how to use them to set up judo leg attacks. It probably shouldn't be your first exposure to judo, but it you have some experience already, it will take your no-gi game to the next level.
Great options for those of us with no knees to shoot with
great details
