  If you are looking to boost your nogi guard passing but don't have time to sit down and watch the 8 hr long ones than this is the instructional for you. Matheus shows how to pass the more common nogi guards effectively. Moves are efficient and simple. Also Matheus english here is great you can really tell it has improved dramatically.

  So happy with this purchase. Matheus really takes the time to explain the concepts and very relatable. Techniques thought are so simple yet effective that I no longer dread the knee shield or being caught in someone’s close guard. Open guard passes are also pretty neat… it’s like having a cheat code.

  "Passing Half Guard With Knee Shield Option 3" was worth the price of the DVD alone. Diniz continues to shine as an instructor, and you can see the influences Marcelo Garcia and Paul Schreiner have had on his teaching style. One of my favorite DVDs on this site.
