M. D. delivers pathways from closed guard, half guard and open guard to sweeps, dominant positions to submussions. Whenever possible never letting go of the first grip. The same will be offered from top started from guard passing. Great to get an overall idea of jiu jitsu too!

I was expecting something a little more rushed in terms of details so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw thew quality of detail in both the sweeps/transitions and the submissions. This has always been a weak area of mine so I'm hoping it proves useful.

Very informative
Very detailed instruction. Each combination he teaches, he'll teach each technique individually then links them together. Although I know the techniques he is teaching, there are slight differences and explanations as to "why".
