  Really great content about using the open guards such as de la riva, slx, etc. There is a ton of material in this video and you will gain something for sure.

  What an amazing collection for the lower body guards. I have only made it through the first section, and already have made some changes to my DLR. Mixing this with the upper body instructional is money well spent.
