  I've already own the first part of the series, and my review of part two is the same. Most BJJ techniques only work in sport. And that's fine if you only want to play sports. But the SBG curriculum demands that the fundamentals work in both sport and non-sport, and both gi and no-gi. This demand inherently simplifies the art, makes it more effective in a broader range of scenarios, and makes it easier to learn. In other words, the SBG curriculum that is presented here is one of the most broadly applicable, universal, and robust sets of techniques and concepts that you can possibly find. I feel that other sports oriented schools are overly complex and their teachings will break down during the pressures of a real world fight. This is an excellent course.
