• Easy to follow

  Shawn explains these details so well I was able to hit the same side arm bar on 4 people at Open Mat and the transition to mount 3 times. I own all six instructionals and they all work well together. I would suggest buying all in the order Shawn filmed them unless you're just looking to focus on something specific. Great thing is I have been able to use parts of each instructional the very next class.
