  A Lot of Good Stuff Without a Four-Hour Lecture Really good instructional with practical attacks and sweeps from butterfly half and knee shield, and I especially liked how Shawn connects sweeps, submissions, and reactions instead of just showing isolated moves. It’s straight to the point and gives me plenty to work on without requiring me to sit through eight hours of video first—which at my age leaves more time for actually training and recovering.
