Good alternative to traditional stretching
Great as always from Pavel.
Pretty nice set of moves to fix your aches and pains from BJJ. Even better if you do any of the kettlebell stuff Pavel teaches. One thing I would've liked though would've been a full-body stretching routine to follow. This is mostly just a compendium of stretching moves.
I still remember readying the book when it came out. But this is so much better. I use it as a library of stretches I can always refer back to.
Holy ****. Found the one. I've been to P T. And Im coming to the conclusion it's a waist of time and money. Just by this vid brace. Roll on. T
This series was a little awkward at times. I’m not sure how well they planned this out prior to execution. But, I definitely benefited from the series, especially the hips instruction, and they have a good understanding of the mobility needs of bjj.
The details on stretching are awesome!
Pavel has an in-depth knowledge. Everything you need to know about stretching.
Simply the best insturctional about mobility and flexibility. Very detailed but simple. I never wanted to be a yoga guru just increase my flexibility and mobility in order to become a better fighter. Thereis only one annoying thing: dark clothes on the dark mat, its sometimes hard to see the details
