  Modern grappling is moving more and more towards giving up back exposure to escape and gain positional advantage, as you start to work on this you will inevitably give up single hooks, learn how to turn that into an advantage and use it against your opponent

• There is a defensive jiu jitsu sized hole in most people game

  I went I went to a Seminar from Priit and out of all of his additional Postures to jiu jitsu this was the one I least understood. This DVD does a good job of explaining the position.
