  If you believe or don’t believing in that #Prittsheet you still need to watch these videos. Maybe for higher belts it something you’ve worked out, but Pritt has made it communicable and systematic in a way that makes this a worthy add to any BJJ library.

  P.M. is always very conceptual in his instructionals. He is appling a turtle system based giving the turtle by not giving the turtle. He teaches the concept of beeing prepared and anticipating and transforming between sitting turtle, guard and turtle back and forward and using the created transitions efficiently.
