For a not so often addressed topic. Good purchase
I've been using the inverted triangle as a control position for the last 6 months and its so perfect. Gi and No Gi, the setups are endless especially against an aggressive opponent.
J. B. created an unique series where the camera is used very smart an active during the takes so that you get a very good overall view of techniques and details. Started with a very nice drill which delivers provides a very good understanding of what a reverse triangle is and how to place your legs you will get a buch of offensive positions form guard and top as well as from side control bottom. You will also find an iverted reverse triangle form half guard bottom and transitions between triangle and reverse triangle and armbars. Highly recommend!
This is not the first video I've watched by Joel. I've watched and practiced his falcon guard & rolling back take. What I appreciate about Joel's teaching style is that he doesn't spend tons and tons talking. He's very to the point. He explains the techniques, he demonstrates the techniques, and then gives you drills. I like pulling out this video and throwing it on 2x speed and drilling the techniques right along with him as he does them. There's not any fluff. It's down and dirty and straight to the technique and then practicing it. If I had to do it all over again, I would still purchase the video. I thought it was pretty good.
Another great Instructional!
Great video help us see triangle in different ways and easy to apply to your game.
Another great instructional from Mr Bouhey! Short, Sweet and rammed full of decent variations and details that will soon have you using this in sparring and competitions. I particularly like this from bottom side control!
I've always had an affinity for the reverse triangle . This instructional gave me some great setups to add to my game
Sweet set up for triangle submissions from different positions! Great value, highly recommended.
Triangles are not for everyone, but if they are a go-to move for you, this is a great video to add to your library, because it focused on specific less-used variation of the triangle -- excellent course!
Excellent video on not so common position…multiple entry points
Great value, full of options, setup and sequences!
For the price, worth every penny. Tons of drills to solidify the position under pressure. Very good instructional.
If you already have a decent triangle game and more variation this is perfect. Just as an instructional should be,
Awesome moves and concepts in a short amount of time.
Helpful tips for reverse and inverted triangles -- particularly enjoyed the counter to the bump escape to mount!
I really thought the instruction was done well. Short, sweet and straight to the point. Reverse triangles from lots of setups and angles, would recommend!

short and Easy to learn . variation to traditional triangle choke.
Excellent new ideas
Great instructional from coach Joel. Really helped fill in a couple of holes in my game. Well organized and well taught as always.
Quick lessons that helped shine light and options on using reverse triangles. Nice addition to my BJJ as an alternative the most I train with don't expect.
I had the honor to meet Joel Bouhey in person. He was very humble and respectful. This series is short and sweet. All the details are there, and I like the drills as well. I recommend this if you want to spice up your triangle game.
