  My 5-year old really enjoyed these. He’s usually pretty resistant to being taught anything directly, so these games are great for sidestepping that and making it fun. Now I need to teach my wife to defend an armbar before he uses his power for evil.

  Still working my way through but my kids 9,7 and 4 are loving the games especially 1-4 cobras (we do this almost everyday just as a fun activity) and donkey kicks. I’ve attempted in the past to do basic stuff with them but it was always boring and nothing really stuck. Great instructional especially for us lower belts with smaller knowledge bases that don’t know where to start.

• Your kids will love this

  If your kid is getting into BJJ or been rolling for a minute this is a great video to pick up. You can play these games at home or at a parents and kids class. Great way to get moving with your kids and get them learning BJJ. Fun for the whole family.

  I'm a brown belt, and I use this instructional to help me train my own kids at home. It definitely helps improve their jiu-jitsu, and it's a great way to bond too!!! I highly recommend this instructional for every parent and kids instructor.

  I use these drills to teach my own kids at home. I'm a brown belt, but I think these are good drills that any parent can do with their own kids, regardless if they train or not. But training as a parent does help a lot!!!

• VERY HELPFUL FOR KIDS INSTRUCTORS

  I've been teaching kids for a long time, and after a while you run out of ideas for games and drills. If you don't use these exact games, you can modify them to create your own. Very helpful instructional.
