Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::hugging:Sport specific
As opposed to general physical preparedness, this is sport specific. I added a handful of exercises and ideas to my regular training that have helped me improve.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Rolling Strong by Phil Daru
Phil always has great content. I like that exercises are devided according to bjj technique such as exercises for takedown, guard retention, etc.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great video on developing strength
Great video on developing strength and endurance to roll longer and reduce injuries. Just wish it was on body weight exercises.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Phil Dari’s methods are awesome.
Phil Dari’s methods are awesome. I not only purchased this one, but also his Heavy Hitter Plan. What is presented here in the Rolling Strong Volume is great for me when I work out by myself, but also do I use excerpts in my classes (Krav Maga) and people are overwhelmed - most have not come across these drills and it’s so much fun & very functional.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Solid Instructional
Definitely worth a purchase if you’re unsure on what exercises will or won’t be useful in better preparing the body for the rigours of combat sports.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Really Recommend Phil Daru
Fantastic! Excellent and informative. I follow Phil Daru on his YouTube channel. But I decided to buy this instructional because it consolidates the workouts necessary for grappling thus saving me time; likewise, he gives a particular explanation as to why these exercises are beneficial for certain aspects of the sport.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Phil is one of the best Strength & Conditioning Coaches in the Industry
Phil knows what he's talking about and is one of the best in the industry. His own experience within BJJ alongside his experience coaching numerous UFC fighters and other combat sport athletes including BJJ and judo means his knowledge of how to program strength & conditioning for BJJ is invaluable. Definitely worth investing in, but would also check out his Ground Control 12 week program for a comprehensive program that puts everything together and is structured to fit around your actual bjj training. This is BJJ-SPECIFIC S&C, not your average bodybuilding program.
