The reviews
Good
Good value
A solid introduction to stretching and mobility exercises in the first half, with a stronger BJJ-specific strength focus (as opposed to traditional barbell training) in the second. It seems like a good complement to Mike Israetel’s instructional on here (Weight Training for Grappling). The demonstrations are clear, and the exercises are easy to implement, though some in the second part do require equipment. What it seems to be missing—or what I may have overlooked—is a clear programming overview (frequency, loading guidelines, progression, etc.). That said, some people may prefer getting right into the exercises without much explanation. Overall, good value for the price. I’ll definitely be implementing some of this in my weekly routine.
Rolling Strong
Perfect focus on key workouts for those who are doing bjj or other fighting type sports.
Rolling Strong - Phil Daru
Great instructional on strength training and stretching exercises. Phil Daru is a true expert, and this content is highly valuable. I especially appreciate that it includes a section on stretching. The instructional isn’t too long and is specifically tailored for grapplers. You can easily implement it directly into your routine. However, you do need to have equipment at home or perform the strength exercises in a gym. Highly recommended!

Daru’s expertise in combat sports conditioning shines through as he breaks down the key principles of mobility, explosiveness, and injury prevention, all tailored to the demands of rolling. The program is structured in a way that is easy to follow, with clear explanations and practical exercises that translate directly to improved performance on the mats. Whether you’re a hobbyist or a competitor, this instructional provides the tools to develop a stronger, more durable body for jiu-jitsu. Highly recommended for anyone serious about their physical preparation.

make me more strong
Lacks programming but for the price shows some really valuable exercises
For the price, this instructional is jam packed with value. It is worth noting that this is not an organized program but a series of exercises meant to serve a specific purpose (ie improve double underhook strength, etc).

Good stuff, needs some Equipment though
I love Phil Daru's stuff, he is professional and has a lot of knowledge. To really do the whole program you have to have some equipment (i.e. a sledge).
