Gordon did a good job organizing the instructional in such a way where you can pull the information bit by bit and apply it on the mat. He shows you his half guard game and it will change your game. One volume is enough to improve your mat experience. I will be pulling info from this instructional for years to come. definitely worth the money and time invested into this instructional.

I love the systematic approach. For me it makes more sense. I wish I had the other instructional to go along with this to chain everything together, but maybe one day. Its effective in teaching not only the "moves" themselves but more importantly for me the concept or why behind them. Thanks Gordon!!

This is an excelltinstructional for all belts. focuses on fundamental positional goals, technical nuisances, and setting dilemmas for your opponent. Some of the most valuable content is watching Gordon break down his half guard in his life rolling commentary. highly recommend!

i've been watching this instructional for over the last 2 1/2 months, I've been taking notes and studying each of the positions in each section. it is elevated my butterfly half guard game so much, it's fun to be able to put yourself in positions and hit them with the correct mechanics. Definitely a must buy find anyone who wants to play this type of guard
