Great value for the content. In my opinion the portions where Ryan explains how he incorporates Danaher's methodology to finish his triangle chokes are the most valuable. They had a big, noticeable effects on my submission attempts and finishes.

I train only no gi, so for me it is great to have the opportunity to learn from on of the best no gi grapplers in the world. It always amazes me, how much knowledge Gordon has, despite being only 25 years old. And the entries into Submissions from Kazushis are things of beauty!
