Great instructional and as usual so in depth!
Great addition for anyone
Although Mikey is very young he does have great detail for these techniques. This instructional show how his passion for this sport and dedication to sharing his knowledge. This is a great addition to my game.

Professor Mikey Musumeci demystified the berimbolo for older jiu jitsu players! I like his detailed and systematic apprach about each part of the body and how to utIlize it in the most efficient way! I bought this series to understand the berimbolo better because a lot of the young guns in the gym are using it over and over and I want to became able to deal with it safely so that no one of my training partners get hurt and I do not to. It opend my eyes about inverting in general no matter for which purpose. I almost always struggled because of my neck. Since I use my shoulders to invert if I want to invert it is a way safer and easier. Highly recommend!!

You can tell Mikey is really passionate about getting you to understand the Berimbolo. Some instructionals are monkey see monkey do, but Mikey breaks stuff down and covers every pitfall. Your bolos will be better after this.
