• Solid and fundamental approach on armbars

  M. A. created an instructional which covers armbars from the mount, armbars from sidecontrol and knee in belkyand armbars after transitioning from sidecontrol and knee on belly to mount. Furthermore you get armbars directly from closed guard and xombined with sweeps and how to deal with common defense. He is also showing attacking the armbar from top turtle and from half guard bottom. Also attacking the arm directly during passing transition is included highly recomnend!

  Overall great content by mr.almeida. Very detailed and straight to the point. However i find the mount variations to be perhaps a little non efficient to implement during rolling. Side note is that I have only been trying it for a month, so i believe with practice and with slite modifications it will be a given staple in my game.

• Hitting armbars with higher percentage

  He explains things nicely, simply and systematically. Was hitting more arm bars more regularly in sparring/rolling after watching even just an hour. Very effective. Love Buchecha and his style of game. Strength and intelligence combined.

  I really liked this digital. I’ve never watched a Buchecha instructional and was surprised how detail oriented he was. Some of the set ups were really great. He covered the spinning Armbar he hit on Roger @ metamoris too. Really nice guy too you can tell he’s great.
