  A very good presentation of leglocks. All techniques are legal for IBJJF competitions. I had the opportunity to meet Marcus at a seminar in Berlin. The techniques are presented in an easy and accessible way. I highly recommend it.

  There aren't so many contents for gi foot locks, and this one is covering so many situation. Also not too complicated, but includes many detail, so I believe it would be helpful for everyone(mostly brown and black belt)
