Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:This is Game Changing Content
The drills in this Instructional I was first introduced to a few of them in a Seminar taught by Xande. Since then I have purchased this and find the drills to be amazing and JUST what a near 40 year old needs to enhance and optimize JiuJitsu Game.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Seems good
I love drill/mobilty instructionals… this one seems great. Different from others, more centered on the “flow”. I really enjoyed it, my new solo routine.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Mobility is often overlooked!
How could you not like Cameron Shayne!? Great stuff!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great for mobility, building up bases
Xande and Cameron builds a great mobility and base system for building up your game. Also really compatible with Xande's diamond system. Great!

A great video with a lot of fantastic flexibility and mobility drills developed specifically for Jiu Jitsu.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great concept to continue your flow
The flow and spirals are easy to grasp. Get your core in order. This definitely syncs with the Diamond Concept.

Way Excited... From San Diego comes Xande And from Miami to my living room in Minnesota and didn’t even need to chase him out of the country to learn/understand the 5 primary positions of mobility and how they relate to my jiu-jitsu game! I wouldn’t want second hand teachings from anyone else but the one and only Cameron Shayne, especially teamed up with Xande Ribeiro! Both of these heavy hitters have a movement record that reaches the floors and the scroll of paper doesn’t stop until it rolls out the door! I feel like I hit the jack pot here! Love the high speed scrub option, and how powerpoints are measured by exact time in video so I can stop and start and go to exactly where I want to be and what I am looking for. It’s like a video library without feeling overwhelmed by a bunch of videos and seeing how movements are intertwined with the next. And I downloaded them to my phone so I won’t need internet service if I want to play this anytime and anywhere! :fist:
