Great
Great mobility movements and explanation on why they're practical
Mobility for mobility's sake, but, even better, for Jiu-Jitsu!
I've always liked Xande Ribeiro's take on Jiu-Jitsu. I have a number of his videos. However, I've struggled to be able to duplicate his mobility (not to mention his core strength!). I think this video will go a long way to help me get my body to increase both it's mobility and flexibility. This is especially helpful because it utilizes dynamic motions to help break down both the physical and mental barriers we have that keep us from reaching our potential. While I doubt I will ever reach Cameron's mobility levels, just having that as a goal will help me at least try to go beyond my current limitations. One thing I've found in my well-over 6 year Jiu-Jitsu journey, is that my main limitation is ME! I keep saying "I can't do that because..." and then I find that, as **** as my initial attempts are, if I keep working on them with the belief I can either do them or figure out a way to duplicate the effect, I find the barriers falling, one by one. I think that by using many of these excercises in a 15-20 min warmup, I'll find I can do far more than I currently can. I can hardly wait!
Very good
A very good instructional for training the movement after the moves to get on the next level.
Life changing
Doing these movements everyday will drastically improve you movement in rolls and decrease your pain from rolling
The Foundation of Good Movement
Always been impressed with the deep fundamentals of the Xande and this video explains all the little movement details that you can see out of high level blackbelts
Muy util
muy buenos conceptos, primero para aplicar en la preparación , ganar movilidad, y clave para llevar a la lucha
Movement matters
As an older grappler I found this very helpful. You are as old as you move. I’m not sure how many specific BJJ techniques I can show you that directly relate to the movements demonstrated but I think the movements related broadly to everything we do as a human. A better more efficient human.
Great system!!!
very well thought-out system. Helps me as an older GRappler to stay mobile and agile. And with sport-specific movements. Really good
