I've been studying the Marcelo instructional's for the last 18 months and have been dominating every since. this complete game will give you answers for everything when rolling and it's incredible how the Marcelotine links with the north south choke links to the crucifix links to the back attack. learn from the goat

Professor Marcelo Garcia offers another great source of getting, maintaining and finishing from the back or on the way to the back. On the first part focusing mainly on techniques and timing to get the back this one is more abut the technical details of taking the back as well as tranistion to submission or submitting while transitioning: This one also covers in detail how to take te back of an standing opponent as well as baiting your opponent from an esablished position to get easier access to your submissions. Great Source!!

I have never had great back control and started to lose confidence in even trying to get back control but after buying this instructional and drilling the techniques in this video i have slowly but surely began improving my back attacks!

Really great ways to take and hold the back. It cover everything you need from white to blue belt in terms of obtaining and keeping control. Especially love that standing back takes. They have certainly improved my options from standup scrambles.
