  I found this a little repetitive at first, but as I went to work on the choke, I noticed a lot of the details that were being shown from different situations. I was able to get this to work on higher belts as long as I could get them to drop their guard a bit.

Let's be real—a lot of those traditional Brazilian warmups we've all been doing for years are honestly kind of ******. We just go through the motions because that's how class has always started. ​Danaher strips all that nonsense away. Instead of just giving you a random calisthenics routine, he actually breaks down the reasons why these specific movements are important. He connects every single solo drill directly to the mechanics of actual grappling, so you understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish with your body. ​This series is incredibly useful, not just for surviving a lack of training partners, but for actually making your body mechanics more efficient. Highly recommend it to anyone stuck training alone or who just wants to stop wasting time on pointless warmups.
