  An outstanding resource for one of the lesser utilised forms of back control. I spent approximately six months looking over the crucifix in order to diversify my back game. This instructional was my main resource for that period and because of it my crucifix is now my strongest form of back attack and has become a major part of my game. I can't recommend it enough
