• High leverage moves taught by multiple time world champion

  Lucas has a relaxed manner and delivered the lessons with ease, since he has been doing his system for so many years. He explains the details very clearly. The techniques have great leverage: sweeps that can put much bigger guys on the bottom and pathways to back control for example. His system makes it easy to keep your training partner’s weight off you when you are in bottom half guard. Many use this system, but Lucas Leite is the master of it and so perhaps the best person at teaching it
