  hands down the best video ive purchased. this video will not help make you friends at the gym but when competition rolls around you'll be glad you watched it.

• BJJ and Self Defense

  I teach self defense and knowing this method of Kimura is helpful in that aspect as well. Would have love more detail tabs but heck the amount of knowledge imparted was a lot. So even without the tabs for reviewing the video again is a small price to pay. Because of this video, I’m able to be more comfortable using the Kimura in my rolls. Tapping a lot more people is just the bonus.
