It's my best purchase so far and by far. The techniques taught definitely suit my personal abilities, style and body type. I've been able to implement things into my game straight away. Good also to have the techniques demonstrated at full pace by Justin. I recommend to anyone looking for implementing angles in his boxing with simple and aggressive techniques.
