Highest level striking instructionals come from T.W.
I have a note book full of great points just from watching this stuff.

I just have to say, this elevated my game in so many ways as a beginner. Really gave me a better understanding of the mind games that go on in striking exchanges and I believe after studying this series it definitely set me apart from the other beginners. I mean, I landed an uppercut using 1 of the techniques provided and I NEVER land uppercuts haha.
I don't know much about striking, but the way Trevor talks about the angles and footwork makes it so easy to understand.
It’s great to have the opportunity to see Trevor Whitman coach. His techniques are sure to improve my striking IQ 👍
Really good content for boxing footwork tricks. I would give it 5 stars but the audio was hard to hear at times.
The teaching of footwork can be hit or miss in my experience, but this is a definite hit. I will, at some point purchase the other ones from Trevor wittman
Trevor and Justin explain and demonstrate how to move to evade and strike in the Mose elegant and efficient way I have see in any instructional, essential skills to learn!
A brilliant lesson in movement by Trevor and Justin detailing evasion and adding power to attacks👍
I have trouble fully understanding most striking instructions through videos but Trevor Whitman seems to really speak to me. I made major improvements on my striking after my purchase, especially when it comes to exiting exchanges
Phenomenal! Audio quality is poor, and it affects the teaching, but Trevor Wittman is the GOAT instructor!
Solid basic drills.
Excellent instructional on footwork and beyond.
The footwork explanation is simple but effective. You'll be surprised about the angles exploited.
Good, systematic treatment of footwork for striking. Originally from boxing and kickboxing, but works extremely well for Chinese martial arts like Xingyi as well.
This instructional goes into pretty good detail on how Justin was able to go from a brawler to slick striker in a relatively short period of time.
Great detail on working boxing angles
Coach T has come through with an essential striking tutorial here. Loads of knowledge to come back to again and again. Well worth it.
Great tutorial Worth watching again and again Adds to your striking IQ
This video show’s great and simplified techniques of footwork that can be easily translated into sparring and fights.
Excellent techniques here, video is great quality but the sound has a little echo (easily remedied with headphones imo) it leaves you wanting more Trevor and I’ll probably buy Secrets of a Champion Balance off the back of this
One of the best striking videos in the market.
Trevor Whittman the best coach 2021 top.
Very Fundamental but I would give this 6 stars if I could. Watch UC257 and the Co-main and main events were won by using principles taught in this instructional. Again, this is a MUST WATCH for anyone interested in striking/free movement.
