  I really liked this course. It's short, to the point, and yet the insights are really valuable. It's a type of trap guard system, similar to the rubber guard among others. I think this one is easier to learn and maybe even more controlling.

• Innovative guard system

  This video is my first exposure to Bjorn Friedrich's instructional series. I picked it up on the daily deals and have been pleasantly surprised by the level of ease and control one can apply his guard system with. As someone who's never been great at guillotines and is also fascinated by trap-guard systems (i.e. Williams guard and Neil Melanson's CACC stuff) I found this to be quite interesting. The video isn't very long, but Bjorn shares a lot of details on applying the guillotine itself, as well as breaking down posture and controlling people inside the guard, different pathways to get there and also a couple of leglock entries. I do plan to get part 2 of this at some point.

• Changes the game

  I was surprised how pragmatic the techniques are and how well they can be implemented in Sparring. It changed my way of bjj. Really good Video and a good step by step introduction to understand the Guillotine guard. I will be looking forward of more techniques by Björn Friedrich.
