I’ve recently started playing the Lapel guard as my main guard, but I’ve really improvising and trying to just make anything work. This is helpful in that it provides a set of instruction to give me a good base and help me figure out what needs to be done to maximize the guard.

Incredibly good instructional. Even for a beginner, the explanations are easy to understand and complement fundamental jiu jitsu. I especially like the transitions shown here and you always get a complete sequence of positions over attacks, fails and sweeps.

Huddleston presents a good lapel system for those of us that might not have the flexibility of some of the current "worm guard" masters.
Awesome Lapel Ideas
I have taken many of Professor Alex’s classes and had the opportunity to take a few privates with him as well. Love his approach to Jiu Jitsu and especially his cerebral style. I’ve just started watching his lapel blueprint and am sooo excited to start drilling some of these ideas - Americana to Lapel Ezekiel to Pendulum Sweep! :smiling_imp:

Professor Alex Huddleston is an amazing instructor. He delivers complex instruction and concepts in very smooth comprehensive steps that can be easily understood by everyone, including beginners. Very excited for this to come out and I would highly recommend it!

Ive personally taken multiple classes with Prof Alex Huddleston on the lapel game. I 100% use his system in every roll. I cant wait to watch this over and over again. I've been waiting for this video to come out so I can clean up my lapel game. Highly recommend this video.
