  D. B. provides an great instructional with just high percentage passes. First he is outlining the set ups of each guard followed by common sweeping and submission follow ups. Then he goes deeply into the techniques and explains the general principles behind the techniques and lead through the techniques steo by step and points out very clear what you have to be aware of within each sequence of the certain passing technique. Highly recommend!!

  This is a good instructional for giving you two guard passing options from a bunch of different positions (closed guard, knee shield, butterfly, quarter mount, de la riva, spider, and lasso). A great instructional for beginners to give you a few basic guard passes from a bunch of positions. He gives positional concepts at the beginning of each position section.

  I study jiu jitsu a lot both on the mats and with instructional videos - Dominique truly is my favorite instructor. He explains real world techniques so well - breaks them down with the subtleties that often may not get explained but make huge differences. The Passing Answer has helped me so much in leveling up and I appreciate the time, effort and clarity that Dom puts into his instruction. It is time well spent studying the techniques and I do feel that Dominique has condensed the time frame of my learning by months and months with his instruction. I am very appreciative.
