  Got back in the Gi and decided I’ll stick to a couple of guard. That’s is one of them and this instructional is sooooooo good. It had everything I need to experiment with and fit to my game. Really glad I bought it.

  The triangle set up here is pretty slick and easy to get. The instructor is really good at breaking things down and explaining them very well. Another good point about this open guard is that it is very easy to transition to spider from tarantula.
